David Boaz from CATO appears at about 16:15. He argued that Ron Paul is old and not electable, unlike Gary Johnson. Every word he said could've been written by Gary's campaign manager.

Ron is too old, but McCain looks like he's a walking zombie and is pretty poor shape, but he was fine to be the republican nominee?

Andrew Napolitano is the man.

My Dream Ticket:

Ron Paul

That would be great.

But I think Judge should be on top of the list to go to the supreme court once Ron becomes president!

Boaz tries to make Ron Paul look like an hypocrite. He mentioned that Ron ran last time only because no one was talking about his issues, but Gary Johnson is talking about them now, so Boaz is surprised Ron is running. What the idiot Boaz doesn't realize is that Gary Johnson is not talking about ending the fed, ending the income tax, and having a consistent non-interventionist foreign policy.

The fact that Gary Johnson is pro-choice and seems to place most of his time pushing the legalization of marijuana makes him an incredibly tough sell to a GOP crowd.

Not that Ron Paul, nor any of us, disagree with those policies, but we're trying to win an election here.

Like most people here have explained, GJ has about the same name recognition as Ron Paul did far before even 2007. At least Paul ended up pulling 5.6% of the vote in 2008, which itself was an accomplishment given how few people understood the philosophy of liberty.

Pushing GJ as our candidate of choice would no doubt be a solid choice, but it would be working against all the momentum we've built for Ron Paul as a torchbearer of Liberty.
