reposted from the N&O's "Under The Dome" blog project where the argument was described per the US Constitution:

The first came from uber-libertarian Republican Rep. Glen Bradley of Youngsville, who said taking DNA without a warrant violates the U.S. Constitution. It also ran into resistance from Democrats, who asked how much it would cost and how many suspects would be affected.

The republican worrying about civil rights and the democrats worrying about cost. Interesting times....
Way to be a roadblock Glen.

Seriously, the more our people partner with Frederick Douglass Foundation on civil rights as much as we can nation wide the stronger RP will be in 2012. please don't ignore this opportunity, liberty movement. The face of the Republican Party is changing, and we are the change-agent. Now get out there and work like the catalyst you are! :D
