I haven't read the whole article, but I can't find any reference to the poll.

I'd like to know where David Weigel got those results. It makes no sense whatsoever that Michelle Bachmann has zero support among Iowa Republicans based on other polls I've seen. (And of course Ron's 2% is awfully suspect as well.)

This is 'the Hawkeye poll' which means it is a poll that state knows, as Kentucky knew the 'Bluegrass Poll'. However I have no clue how accurate the pollsters are.

Still, in Iowa independents can vote in the caucuses.
