The Israel part worried me... Beck asked if Ron would verbally, not militarily, support Israel... Ron pretty much said yes and then laid out how our foreign policy/financial support etc... hurts Israel more than it helps them... Beck let him go on but when Ron was finished he asked him again (I'm assuming Beck wanted more dialogue) and that's when Ron did very well...

He was on point and sounded well-polished here...

You know what? I agree with you! I used to dislike Beck, but I'm starting to like him more and more. People can change and isn't that all that God ask of us, and that is, to try and change or attitudes, behaviors and lifestyles? I think Beck is changing for the better.

I think business is worried about the debt and Fox etc realize Ron has enough of a following that if they don't 'handle' him properly, it could sink other campaigns and the prospects for taking the Senate.

I don't see how there's any way that the May 5th money bomb will beat the 6 million money bomb, or even 4 million. I would expect 1 or 2, at most. It's just too early in the season, and we haven't had that much time to prepare for it. Besides, is it just me, or has the movement gotten lazy? Think about it. We're bound to have over 5k donators on facebook alone, not to mention the ones who aren't on facebook. If 5000 people donate $100 dollars average per person, that's 5million dollars! I expect we'll get at least over 3 million and even that would be excellent!

If 5000 people donate $100 that is $500,000. In the big money bombs, 30,000+ donated. Ron is now soaring on google trends, but while some of us gathered in anticipation of Ron running others aren't back in campaign mode again, and we are just starting to get our opportunity to reach new people in a campaign sense. Some will wait until he has fully declared to give much. In fact the May 5 money bomb was initially written to go forward only if he had declared, then when media started saying we had one planned, people didn't want to cancel it. However, I'm afraid Ron is looking at the money bomb to see if he will really have the support including money to run the kind of full throttle campaign that would make running again worth it. He isn't doing it just to get another turn on the same stage, he wants to reach new people.

I wish I knew how to download video stuff because I think we need a video with a theme of 'if only Ron had had that $6 million money bomb earlier than 3 days before the Iowa primary.....'

Now, on a more optimistic note, Campaign for Liberty has 600,000 members. If 300,000 of them donate $50 on average that's $15 million. One problem is that in a down economy not everyone who wants to donate will be able to donate as much as they would like.
