December suggestion:
Two days before the last day of the quarter (Just in case the site crashes.) (Anybody know that date? What if another state moves up it's primary? We want to avoid New Year/Christmas too, people will be too busy then.)

As far as the tea party thing (which is an awesome idea), remember that the primaries in New Hampshire may be as early as December 11th, so the campaign needs funds before the 16th. They're going to need to blitz New Hampshire with advertising, which will be rather expensive. So if anyone's thinking of "holding off" on their donations until the 16th, please reconsider. But donate on the 16th too!

Given the amount of money the campaign has right now, I think we will be fine. Moreover, there will be smaller money bombs in between.

I think December 16th is set in stone already. I like the idea of a final push for the year on December 30/31. We need some clever name for it. January 20th is a great idea too!

Yeah, the campaign has the $$$ now to some (powerfully non-violent) "liberty bombs" in NH, Iowa, Michigan, SC and NV :)

WE must go all out at 16th of December; forget all the other dates. We must write history by a coordinated money drop at the 16th of December. We should stop dropping in other days like 6th December, 15th December or 24th December.

It's gonna be 16th December as that is by far the most popular one. Don't change the plan anymore; it will only lead to confusion and will ruin the effect!

i dont know about the rest of you, but the period between Christmas and New Years should be great for donating... my relatives often send me cash in lieu of gifts ;) heehee

I propose that we hold the next big money-bomb on Dec. 4. Dec. 4 is the date of the Fox-Iowa GOP debate, and I think Fox will probably succeed in excluding Ron from the debate, even though in the only real poll held so far, the Iowa Straw Poll, he received nearly 10% of the votes. If Fox does exclude Ron, I think we should make the money bomb date Dec. 4. Otherwise, we could go with another date, such as Dec. 15-16.

We could sell the the money bomb to donors as a protest against Ron's exclusion from the debate. Suppose we aimed to double the November 5th total and came close to achieving this goal. News of this achievement would swamp any news coverage of the debate, and Ron's exclusion from the debate would be a great talking point in our press releases.

During the Fox debate we could hold a rally and a telethon broadcasting the donation changes, interspersed with clips of great lines of Ron's speaking at previous debates and a speech by Ron at the end. Hold the rally/telethon in Des Moines. I imagine a local network would be interested.
