He's exactly right in his response to that first question.

If the Staffers were quick witted, they would of held this @ a Holiday Inn Express.

Yes, the first statement was excellent.

I love his response to the last question - thoughts on fed policy & inflation (begins around 7:30 mark). His facial expressions around the 9:05 mark when he tries to put into words what he thinks about the QE of the last few years -- priceless.

Does anyone have a video from the beginning? I was watching Fox and Paul spoke before these guys, but I didn't hear what Paul said because they just had him on the background with some other guy talking.

I was thinking that. I hadn't noticed that mannerism in a year or two and thought he had gotten one, actually, but I remember in a couple debate videos he had to cup his ear to hear a question over the miked crowd noise. I guess it is the crowd's background noise that does it.

What Ron said about his supporters is what I was thinking. We win every online poll and most straw polls and show up in huge groups all around the country, the problem is that this is kind of bad because it isn't a real judge of support. I'm not saying we shouldn't do these things, I am just saying that we can kind of trick ourselves into believing his support is bigger than it really is. He won the Iowa straw poll, but that has proven to mean basically nothing in terms of actual support.
