Shouldn't the Euro be falling just like the dollar because their debt situation is worse than ours?

With German growth expected to be strong, ECB interest rate expectations favor further tightening this year, with another 50 basis points of increases generally priced into the market.

That would mean the ECB would be at 1.75% by the end of 2011.

The Fed, in contrast is expected to be considering its first move higher from near-zero interest rates around the turn of the year.

Asian central bank (China especially) diversification away from USD makes EUR a good destination.
