I saw a good idea on the web - collect sigs to get Ron on the ballot during the '11 voting

because people in line are registered voters and according to the person posting, most will sign to get someone on the ballot.

I thought it was a good idea.

I know that in my state the candidate has to file a nominating petition before you can collect signatures for him. For example, if Ron filed as Ronald "Ron" Paul and you collected signatures for Ron Paul, those signatures would be invalid.
