Ron Paul will be interviewed via telephone on the Jan Mickelson show on Iowa's state-wide 1040 WHO Radio on Friday 10/26 at either 9 am CDT or 10 am CDT.

I like Mickelson. He also really likes that people tune in nationally for RP, so be sure to call in and let him know if you are from out of state, and RP is the reason why you are calling his show.

Jan had Giuliani on yesterday.

The Ron Paul event in Ames tonight is being covered by a bunch of national media. There was even some national media in the Iowa campaign HQ yesterday.

Giuliani has left but McCain, Huckabee, and Romney are also in Iowa today.

At a minimum, the podcast will be posted at whoradio.com later this afternoon for anyone who misses it.

It was unclear whether this interview would be at 9 or 10 CDT but I'm betting on 9 since Dr. Paul has an event in Detroit at 10 CDT.

There will be news and farm markets:) at 9 so Jan's show will begin about 5 or 10 minutes after 9.

Michelson was behind us back in the Ed Failor debacle in late June when their group violated their non-profit status by excluding Ron Paul from their Iowa debate - The Tax Payer's Champion excluded by Failor's taxrelief.org - it was funny to hear Michelson having Failor on the ropes!

Also, RP was great on Michelson back in April - explaining the difference between non-intervention and isolationism and how alot of our problems really started with Woodrow Wilson's interventionist foreign policy, etc. in a 45 min. show that Tom "Let's bomb Mecca"Tancredo had bought commercial time - which was a hoot!

We need to get this show on mp3.

I can't get the live link to work...it makes it through the commercial...then just goes quiet! Arrggg!!

Yes, Jan was playing devil's advocate a bit to allow Ron to clarify some of his positions. This was a great interview! Hopefully this will help turn out some more people to the Ron Paul events in Iowa today and tomorrow!

I love Jan's interviews. He manages to fawn over Ron Paul while still asking some unique and challenging questions that allow Ron Paul to hit grand slams. He seems to be good at getting in the minds of the skeptics and confronting Ron with their biggest concerns or the biggest misconceptions they have about him. He's truly one of our best allies in Iowa media, if not the best. Anyone have some ratings numbers for him?

He was trying to imply that Ron Paul is aligned wth the Democratic Party, that's why they brought up that Reagan switched over...
