The guy who made the Louisiana Purchase and gave Jefferson all the credit. Wow. What a guy. Also, he was the author of the Monroe Doctrine. What was that, you ask? It was this: We will defend ourselves, but we will not send our military around the world interfering in the affairs of other nations just because we like to kick ass. Say what? No wonder he now resides in the dustbin of history.
