Is this actually possible that the AZ legislature wrote this provision into the bill? LOL: "early baptismal circumcision certificates" required of candidates? And she said she didn't like the vetting left up to one individual (AZ secretary of state). Jeez. Talk about shooting oneself in the foot. I thought we were just looking for a long form birth certificate here..
