I think anyone watching that would have to understand how allowing them to do that is CRIMINAL.

If you did that in your town you would be thrown in jail as a scammer.

This IS the issue, all this budget stuff is just to keep people from thinking about how this debt got created in the first place. Get rid of this fractional SCAM system and find out how much of this money is fake and the ACTUAL REAL debt would be minimal.

Does he link the sources for 3% physical money and 97% digital claim? I'd be interested in seeing that data.
