Ron Paul is coming to the Spartanburg County GOP Executive Meeting on November 1st at the County Council Chambers across from the Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium. No fee to hear the good doctor speak. Come out and support Ron! Among other things on the agenda is organization of MY precinct. I'm gunning for committee person with the hope of being a delegate. :D

aww that sucks... that's the night we're doing our ron paul rockfest over here in athens, ga... wait a minute... how far away is spartanburg from athens? that would be huge if we could get ron paul at our rockfest... we would stop traffic and it would be awesome... the place would pack out, and we would certainly make enough money to put up our billboards and plane fly-overs for the auburn and kentucky games...

The 1st? I had heard Ron Paul would be in SC on the 2nd and 3rd of November. Is that still true? If he's only there on the 1st, theres no way I can make it :(

I know FOR SURE he's at the County GOP meeting Nov 1. He may be doing other stuff in SC the 2nd and 3rd that I'm not aware of... but for SURE he's there on the 1st.

I'm interested in making the trip down as well, perhaps a caravan or something :P

Has there been any update on this? I dont see it mentioned on RP2008.com and Id really like to go if RP will be there. I see "Dr Ron Paul Presentation" on their calendar but is that actually RP there or someone else presenting him as a candidate? I guess Ill email them and see.

Spartanburg County GOP says they'll have two tables set up for us to put literature at... let's make sure we put some slim jims and trifolds out there :)

The Clemson students for Ron Paul are busting ass for this thing. If you are nearby PLEASE come. We have 152 confirmed attendees on facebook and 192 Maybes. Ideally we want to overflow the amphitheater which holds around 300.

Most of the local meetup groups know about this but i am not positive on the numbers coming from them.

Can anybody 100% confirm that the Friday rally is at 7pm? I keep seeing things that say 6pm and others that say 7pm. Can anyone CONFIRM which time the rally is set for?

EDIT: rally confirmed for 7pm.
