Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery!

Trump at the Tea Party (http://www.lewrockwell.com/politicaltheatre/2011/04/trump-at-the-tea-party/)

Lew's link was bad. Trump speech coverage here (http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2011/04/16/trump-bashes-boasts-and-curses-in-first-major-tea-party-speech/):

And yet, unusual moments made Trump’s speech unlike any other so far this political season. He harshly criticized some Republicans... [Except, RP does that constantly. -L]

“We can’t afford education. We can’t afford to build the roads. And yet we’re in Iraq, Afghanistan, now Libya,” Trump said.
[...]
Meanwhile, Trump also continued to lash out at Republicans. On Friday, he criticized former President George W. Bush as he called Obama "the worst president in the history of the United States," something he called President Bush in 2007.

At the Saturday event, Trump repeated his bipartisan bashing of Bush and Obama. He also lashed out at former Bush adviser Karl Rove [...]

"And you know, the Republicans have to be very careful of that. Because obviously Karl Rove didn't do very well the last couple of years in the Bush administration. Because, hey, whether you like him or not, George Bush gave us Obama. And I'm not happy about it."

Yeah I am really worried that this year every candidate will be repeating Ron Paul lines and the average voter will not be able to tell the difference. Let's just hope that they can tell apart real sincerety.

He's in first place in the polls. His campaign is far from being a non-starter.

Uhh, how can Trump say this when Trump is on record supporting Obama previously?

Because the news will be full of what he says now unless they decide to bust his bubble. And people are stupid. Sadly. :(

FWIW:

Top of Drudge says NYT is running with a story tomorrow from NBC executives who suggest Trump is just messing with everybody and that this is nothing more than a publicity stunt.
