What Charles Payne said at 23:00 has a great deal of truth to it.

One of the groups in America that feels most entitled to government money are inner city blacks. In the summertime you can drive through the hood from 10AM to 4PM and see plenty of twenty-somethings and young mothers sitting out on the porch not doing jack shit. I would say that these people complain about being poor but don't do a damn thing to help their own situation out.

In the video, Catherine says that that is a terrible way to stereotype people, but most stereotypes have some basis in truth.

I'm glad that somebody finally rebutted the, "the poor are helpless" argument. I'm glad it came from a black guy too, because if a white person said it, it would quickly get brushed off as racism.
