This is one of the things that makes me upset when people rail on Ron Paul's speaking. Yes, he may have pauses, and stagger his speech at time. Consider though that he speaks from the heart, off the cuff. NO teleprompter, and many times not even notes. He tells you what he knows, not what was written for him to say. I rather have a real speaker with awkward speaking then a empty suit reading someone else's words.
