Ron Paul is just another Constitutional Fundamentalist terrorist sympathizer. not automatically mean it's "unconstitutional." Libertarian free-market anarchists need to understand that the United States Constitution is absolutely NOT supposed to be your version of the Koran. I doubt it's really him. The date would put it right at the same time as the shooting. I seem to recall that Loughner's YouTube accounts weren't in his name, and that he couldn't write anything that coherent.

He must have known about Barry Goldwater Jr, though. His reading list is pretty telling of his other views.
