LOL, on a serious note I seem to recall him building a new big house.

Wow. From California, that looks like a steal.
I understand he just built a new house.

lol, that is awesome and insanely corny at the same time.
I now see why people don't post in appropriate forums. I posted a thread about this before this one was posted but in the appropriate forum, and it has had 9 views, compared to this ones 32. Next time I post a thread, I probably won't pay attention where I am posting it either. /sarcasm :p

Ya you can't even buy a run-down 1 bedroom shack around here for that.. it would be at least $100k more.

Same thing here in New York. If I wasn't afraid to give up my job, I would seriously consider it. The sentimental value alone should drive up that price in a bidding war.

Does anyone have the balls to come in with a low ball offer.

No, he just built a new house. He's lived in this one 40 years, so it is kinda a shame, but he sold his beach house and built a new one that can hold bigger Thanksgiving dinners. Apparently they had 42 people there last Thanksgiving....

shows what a stand up guy Ron is selling that for only 325K. He could probably use his fame and make millions selling it to a hardcore supporter

I predict:
Someone buys it for $350k, and tells Ron to put the extra into his run.

$325k is very pricey for the neighborhood. Zillow estimates it at only $216k, with his neighbors barely in the low 100's
