Brian Schweitzer is a decent governor I recall. Pretty big states rights guy.

Yep, he was the Governor spearheading the effort against REAL ID (http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=87991791) as well. He even got an anti-REAL ID bill passed into law. He has his flaws, such as randomly supporting Democratic legislation because he is morally obligated to, but overall, I like him. Don't forget the Firearms Freedom Act, either.
