Is there any credible tallies of the amount of human beings that the U.S. foreign policy has plowed under in the last 100 years?

Don't believe so. I think it would be the sum of many estimates, and not confirmable or credible at all.

Still, it might be worthwhile to try.

Though it's debatable which events/wars to include and which not.

True. Think I'd just do everything post-WWII. There might be some arguing more should be included, especially pre-WWI, but few could argue sensibly some of what is included shouldn't be.
