So where/how do you draw the line?
How DO you incentivize the 'system' to bring jobs back?
The ONLY way (in my mind) to 'untax' the people...
is NOT to re-impose it on business (small or big)...
it IS (and always has been) to cut government and their 'services' to the bone.
