I don't think the Judge can be labeled as a nut job like Beck could. The Judge isn't going to be talking about Van Jones for a month straight. The Judge has an aura of gravitas about him. You can tell people respect his legal expertise, even when they disagree.

My understanding is that it was his slumping ratings that got beck canned.

The thing that makes the judge successful is that he is very civil and treats all with respect that come on his show. Even though he disagrees with many of them I think a alot of people respect him unlike Beck. Yes getting the Judge on Foxnews everynight at 5 PM will be huge! Lets hope it happens.
