Best Facebook app for small business pages?

Anybody have experience with facebook apps? Looking for something that's easy to work with since the new change from static FBML to the i-frame page requirement.

I'm looking at these two apps in the facebook app directory (https://www.facebook.com/apps/directory.php):

I installed IWIPA to try it out because it advertised 3rd party apps, sounded more open source friendly to me. I'm keeping it and it works, but I don't recommend it. It is VERY wonky and most people wouldn't be able to navigate the convoluted backend. For instance I've yet to find a way to delete a tab once it's made... I'm lucky I spelled it correctly because I can't find a way to rename it either.

I'll likely be using these facebook page apps in the future, so would still appreciate any solutions you guys find. Apparently it's a big problem that facebook keeps changing things and apps don't work anymore. Any input on this?
