A tale of two Doctors.

A 500 lb. fat slob visits Dr. Obama. "Doctor Obama. I'm feeling very sluggish lately. Something is wrong with me. Can you check me out and give me some medical advice."

Dr. Obama tells his obese patient: "You need to gain 50 lbs."

"Thanks Doc. I'll consider it. the patient replies.

Our fat friend then pays a visit to the office of Dr. Paul Ryan for a 2nd opinion. "Doctor Ryan. I'm feeling very sluggish lately. Something is wrong with me. I went to Dr. Obama, and he suggested that I gain 50 lbs."

"That's ridiculous!." replied Dr. Ryan. "You already weigh 500 lbs. Your weight gain is unsustainable!"

"What do you suggest Dr. Ryan?" asked the patient.

"I'm going to put you on a path to fitness. Follow my diet plan and you'll only gain 30 lbs. next year. That's a net loss of 20 lbs as compared to Dr. Obama's quack advice. With my diet, by 2021, you'll only weigh 800 lbs. Under Dr. Obama's diet, you would end up weighing 1000 lbs in 2021. " replied Dr. Ryan.

"Wow! You're a genius Dr. Ryan! So instead of ballooning up to 550 next year, I'll only weigh 530. Brilliant! Where did you learn to create such diets?"

Dr. Ryan replies: "I studied at the Aspen Institute in Colorado."

Then the 500 lb. fat slob visits Dr. Paul, who tells the fat slob: "you need to lose 350 pounds and forget Dr. Obama and Ryan's ridiculous advice."

Sadly, the 500 lb. fat slob thought it was too much work and died shortly after from his severe obesity.
