I don't put it past them to try the same crap they did last time. That is their playbook when it comes to candidates they don't want to give equal time to. Just ignore and marginalize. I fully expect a newsletters debate question at some point however.

I can't wait until he officially enters, but his campaign staff should realize that he will get one news bump for announcing; and one for the book. There is absolutely no need to combine the two.
