Better than my area, where they put hundreds of thousands into overpriced solar power systems for each effing light pole.

If only they had a Colorado Springs Central Bank. Then they could just print money to pay their bills and never have to worry about debt!

I noticed they switched to LED lights here this winter. It was very obvious when it snowed. :/

Seems very odd to me they've only replaced the traffic lights - so far.
