This thread by itself will hopefully capture a few folks' attention. I'll bump it from time to time.

Posting it on the YAL page was a good idea.. If you have some time to kill, you could message it to each chapter individually. After someone has successfully put their site up, I think they'd be willing to send out an email or facebook message to the chapter presidents.

What is the environment? What are the resource limits? What OS, version of php, mysql, etc? Does this server have image magick, APC RFC1867 or PECL upload progress? Curl?

Yes of course. The latest versions. Imagemagick if you want it... CentOS. Curl if you want it. Shell access if you want it. FTP. blahblah. Whatever PHP extensions you would need... etc!

The server runs at 0.02 load right now and it doesn't feel good watching it go to waste.
