Wow.

Thread title is inaccurate. The court didn't reject a damage claim against the individuals who committed the act of deceit and caused the harm. But, as is usually the case, the guy was not suing the truly responsible party, he was suing the party with money even though that party didn't do anything wrong. Essentially he was trying to hold people responsible who didn't do anything wrong because that was where the money was and the court said no.

And another thing, not guilty is a long, long way from being the same as innocent.
