I don't know what it is about this politics test, but out of all of the ones that I have taken, this one has been the most accurate.

http://www.okcupid.com/politics

Not only should you take this test for your own good, but for the good of others! This is a great way to get people's attention before preaching to them about Ron Paul. See where they stand and what they believe in, and inform them about how they arrived where they did. Some people will be so ashamed of where they end up on this chart, it makes them far easier to persuade than the average person.

I've had sworn Republicans display the views of die-hard Democrats. I've had people who say they are sick of the government end up in Totalitarian territory. For some reason, people who end up in a place other than where they thought they would, always have to figure out where they went wrong. I just run through the questions with them a second time, persuade them to change their views on several answers, and viola - I've created another Libertarian!

All you have to do is talk some sense into them!

This test is gold and I have converted several people into Paulites with it!

Here's an example of what you will get using my test results:

I ended up a Totalitarian. That's funny, I don't feel like a totalitarian.

I landed right on the Pope's sternum. I didn't know that he was a totalitarian either. I guess I need a new dictionary.

I'm still total-ly for Ron Paul.

Some of those questions have nothing to do with one's political beliefs. In fact, most of them aren't

For example, let's consider the one about supporting small businesses over big corporations. I typically support small businesses rather than corporations but that does not mean that I am opposed to cheap goods (Wal*Mart) and globalization. I benefit from cheap goods all the time but I also prefer small businesses in some instances

Strong Democrat. I landed right on MLK's forehead! :(

And I tried as hard as I could to give economically conservative answers! :(

Oh well, at least I'm improving. Six months ago, I was a Socialist.

Edit: By the way, I've found this test to be one of the most accurate out there, because instead of asking abstract or philosophical questions, it asks only questions that directly relate to how one thinks the government should work. Check it out!
