So....who originated this talking point and why?

Was it George bring it on Bush who had said that ragtag Iraqi insurgent cannot make us go bankrupt or change the way we live our freedoms and use patriot act?

maybe....i think it's a framing device to confuse people from noticing that this "rag-tag" group is heavily armed, run by the CIA, and just started and oil corporation and a central bank.
