Did anyone here happen to get recorded audio of Mark Levin's show today?

:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused: :confused::confused:

He mentioned either Jack Hunter or Tom Woods by name, and we need to get a hold of this to know exactly what he said.

No, but Woods responded to Levin on LRC's blog.

Lol, Ron's supporters are like marxists and have a mob mentality, jew haters also. He did say something positive about Rand though.

1) Said the Ron Paul "people" claim to be representatives of the Tea Party, but their message is not resonating with the American people. They're "outliers".

2) He took a shot at the Southern Avenger, with no real critique of him other than making fun of his pseudonym.

3) Then he said the usual -- Ron Paul supporters are nuts, like Marxists in the sense that we're like the mob, who believe in conspiracy theories and 9-11 truth.

No mention of Tom Woods or his debate on the constitutionality of Libya. That's it.

and apparently we're "the biggest a-holes of them all", and there's only 14 of us. I feel honored that a douche like Levin feels this way about me. I find it hilarious that he can't address a single point his opponents bring up.

Here's the verbatim quote by Mark Levin regarding Ron Paul and our group:

The Ron Paul people are the biggest a-holes of them all. Now, some of you may be thinking about Ron Paul, I promise you, his followers are the biggest a-holes of them all. Not necessarily because what they believe, but the way they express themselves. They're obnoxious. They're like Marxists, really! The mob mentality, the language, "true believers", and yet there is a lot that is sensible, particularly on the Rand Paul side of the family, when it comes to the Constitution and economics and so forth. But when it comes to actually defending this nation, the effort to twist the Constitution so that Congress is some kind of Parliamentary body, and to pull a quote from this Founder, that one, trying to make your case, it's almost childish. Goofy. Then you get in the weeds, and then you gotta pull back. Look at the big picture: these are outliers. A lot of the people who follow him are truthers, conspiracy theorists behind 9/11. A lot of them are Israel and Jew-haters. Not all of them, obviously, I'm not saying that. But you should see the stuff we had to pull off our sites, so I'm told. Again, I don't want to accuse everyone of that, that would be ridiculous.

But then we get people who have access to their own websites or other websites, put together little YouTubes and videos like, something called the "Southern Avenger". I'm thinking to myself, "What is this, some kind of Jefferson Davis acolyte?" What is that? And they talk of secession and all these other things. Which is fine; we can talk till we're blue in the face. And then they pretend to represent the Tea Party. The Southern Avenger? Professor Irwin Corey, whoever they are? I didn't see them at any rallies; maybe they were in the background somewhere. But they're not organizing, they're not resonating with the American people. They're outliers. So be very careful about some of these folks. I know I am. Which is why the mob swings in action, all 14 of them!

Beautiful.

I mean that is really the best we could have hoped for. He immediately goes into ad hominems, silo'ing us into groups, not refuting anything.

Remember, if you call in, have a good story for the screener. If you tell them what you really want to say, you probably won't get on. Intelligent counterpoints are verboten on neocon radio. ;)

I'll be working during his show unfortunately, if anyone does call in, when they talk to the screener tell them you just want to thank levin for being such a freedom fighter for the American people and you want to ask him why obama hasn't released his birth certificate. I'm guessing that will get you on.

The Daily Caller runs a crybaby story on radiomouth Mark Levin, advocate of endless war, the police state, and presidential dictatorship. Unmentioned is the name of Tom Woods. Like the rest of the neocons, the DC links to nothing. Instead, we are told that Ron Paulians–”a-holes” in Levin’s lingo–are mean to him, and so all their dissenting responses on his Facebook page had to be erased. In fact, the civil comments showed up Levin by citing Woods, who actually knows American history.

New facebook group: Mark Levin is scared to debate Tom Woods (http://www.facebook.com/home.php?sk=group_135760059830735)

Gosh I wish we wouldn't waste time on Levin. He is not educated and his show has no content. Just listen to his show and ask yourself if you're learning a single thing. It's really astonishing that he goes live with absolutely nothing to say. No facts. No intelligent analysis. Nothing. Try Randi Rhodes for someone who does her homework. You'll be frustrated with her socialist bent but at least you will get facts, events, and a good way to think about framing arguments to convince "progressives" to join us.

Levin's audience is Rush and Hannity's audience... is it not important to convince his audience? Esspecially when he's the one of the three that keeps sticking his neck out there for us to chop at?

If we're ever going to get a Ron Paul elected president and Ron Pauls elected as governors etc..., we're going to need to win primaries... to win these primaries, we're going to need to change neo-con minds, and right now their minds are wrapped up in the radio shows of the Levins...

Now this is not to downplay the importance of winning over progressives...

But you are never going to win these people over arguing straight up. If you call in to Levin's show don't mention Ron Paul or "The Southern Avenger" or anyone else that you respect. Quote someone that they respect. Don't mention the founding fathers either because, while it's clear Levin doesn't respect them, he'll pass that off as "But they lived in a pre-9/11 world". Instead, quote a neocon who supported the Iraq war throughout the Bush years and savagely (pun intended) attacked Ron Paul in 2007/2008 for not doing so but has now come out against the Iraq, Afghanistan and now Libyan wars. I am of course talking about....

Note. This does not mean we trust Michael Savage. It means we use the fact that he is currently at odds with the Michael Levins of the world to our advantage. And there are a lot of other conservative talk show hosts that fall somewhere in between. They haven't yet found spine (or common sense) to attack the Iraq war or even the Afghanistan war, but at least they realize the intervention in Libya is stupid and illegal. They see the hypocrisy of the left. They just can't see (or won't admit) their own hypocrisy. Savage is at least smart enough to back away (somewhat) for a ridiculous position on foreign policy.

There's some truth to this. However, trying to get someone like Levin to engage in a civil debate is pointless. Being an ignorant, biased jerk is his whole shtick. A more effective route is to use your own forum (youtube, blogs, radio, etc) to civilly and fully counter his points.

Actually you shouldn't cite other talk show hosts while on a talk show. Hosts are extremely egocentric and don't like the name of their competitors mentioned. Sometimes you'll even get censored via delay-dump from it.

I know some of you grumbled about his CPAC speech but his show is really a good listen.
