Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-Conn.) raised the possibility Sunday of U.S. military involvement in Syria if President Bashar Al-Assad massacres his people.

“If Assad does what Qadhafi was doing, which is to threaten to go house to house and kill anybody who’s not on his side, there’s a precedent now that the world community has set in Libya, and it’s the right one,” Lieberman said on “Fox News Sunday.” “We’re not going to stand by and allow this Assad to slaughter his people like his father did years ago.”

Just following the plan step by step.

Joe Lieberman is a member (http://www.cfr.org/about/membership/roster.html?letter=L) of the Council on Foreign Relations (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0882791346?ie=UTF8&tag=libert0f-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=0882791346).

The Middle East uprisings may have surprised most people in the world, but globalist elites at the Council on Foreign Relations laid the groundwork for the spontaneous events.

During his presidential campaign, Barack Obama consistently promised Americans “change” and such promises aren’t new to the voting public as was seen with Carter and his Trilateral Commission group, chief among these the CFR. by James Perloff

Not too surprising considering that Obama is a plant and political slave of Israeli lobbies. LINK (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?284901-Obama-s-guru-John-Kerry-on-Vietnam-and-Afghanistan-Wars&p=3177274&viewfull=1#post3177274)

Obama didn't do anything different than what all other presidents have done but yet this sets precedent. Are these people capable of opening their big mouths without contradicting themselves?

Such an oversimplification. Fine if you need a simple boogeyman, but Teh Money is international in scope.

Do you disagree that he is a bought puppet of pro war Israeli lobbies? If not, what is the nuanced take on Obama? Do you believe he personally believes in the wars being waged or is being dictated/pressured into supporting these policies?

He is not the first politician to be a puppet and political slave of special interest groups but he is certainly the most salient recent example of bought political puppets.

Even Hillary Clinton admits the Council on Foreign Relations, not Israel, controls U.S. foreign policy.

Hillary Clinton Lets CFR Cat Out of the Bag (http://www.thenewamerican.com/index.php/usnews/politics/1447)

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, speaking at the Washington branch office of the Council on Foreign Relations on July 15, confirmed that the CFR directs U.S. government policies and steers our country.

So you think CFR forced Obama to quietly drop Espionage prosecution of AIPAC top executives that President Bush had launched, veto UN resolution condeming Isreali settlements on occupied land, step up air raids of villages and killing of civilians in Afghanistan, start bombing of Libya?

Who controls CFR?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Israel_Lobby_and_U.S._Foreign_Policy

Why do you think CFR has not moved to refresh old US plans like these ( LINK (http://www.haaretz.com/news/u-s-had-emergency-plan-for-attacking-israel-in-1967-1.218857)) to bomb Israel after it killed many more people under its control in Gaza than Syrian leader did?

So, it's ok that his father kills people and we can stand by and let that happen but his son Assad can't and we should go in and bomb them?
