For those who are donating $0, I hope you reconsider once you see how much is raised throughout the day. We are going for a record here ;)

Hey, back off. Some of us are in debt. Some of us are spending every dime we have on materials. Some of us are just plain old poor. Some of us are eating cat food but spending every waking moment doing something for the man.

We are all doing what we can and there is no need to make anyone feel bad for not having money or trying to shame them. If they are on this forum they are active, so I for one thank each and every one of you, for your hard work, for spreading the word, for being a part of this Revolution! God bless you one and all!

And some people have already donated the max, and some people have already donated what they can, and other are using their money locally......so zero is just fine. The vote that each of us will give is priceless.

I put my past donations on my credit card and now I'm in debt. Also, I'm moving in the next month and I need every penny I can scrounge up to get my utilities turned on. So, I won't be donating this month, sorry.

Guys remember if we can go over $1,000,000 Raised for Dr. Paul in one day. That is worth over $4,000,000 In free MSM media coverage and advertising. Plus it gives Dr. Paul a great boast, before as some of you might have noted Dr. Paul tends to say we raised over 5.3 million with pride. Imagine him telling pundits, we raised over $1,000,000 in ONE DAY!!

nyrgoal99
10-24-2007, 09:42 PM
How much do we all think?

I believe anything over 500,000 is good, over a million may get some nice media attention. The people signing up is going down, I figure about 15,000-18,000 will be signed up, but I doubt many will donate. I believe somewhere around 300,000-500,000 is where we will come in.

why? Paul likes the idea

SouthernGuy15
10-24-2007, 11:29 PM
I withdrew my pledge because of the fact when I pledged I pledged to a project that was utilizing V for Vendetta! Now that it is gone I removed my pledge!

Also, because I will not support a project that was manipulated and coerced by other Ron Paul supporters.

+1 He was getting really loony today towards the end, especially ranting on about being a 9/11 truther.

Well we have to keep the truth covered you know, afterall we can't let people know 9/11 was actually an inside job done as a sacrifice to the great and almighty gnomes. lol

Ok seriously I'm donating $100, and I wasn't going to with the vendetta stuff out there, so my 100 counters the other 100 lol.

I looked at the changed videos and it does help quite a lot. I wish the site was a bit happier and nicer looking but whatever. The big thing is I wish the vendetta videos were gone, or that they only had a tiny bit of vendetta in them at least.

It's gonna hurt, but I will find $100 for 11/5. After that I'm probably close to tapped for the year (except for garage sale proceeds that will go exclusively to Dr. Paul's campaign).

Scammed? You need to donate at http://www.ronpaul2008.com/ just like any other donation, not the Nov5th site. that is just for tracking how many people have pledged. I'm not sure how this could be a scam?

I'm investing a total of $125.00 more on the 5th; $100 for the original ThisNovember5th.com (http://www.thisnovember5th.com/) idea, and $25.00 for the third "official" money bomb at RonPaulMoneyBomb.com (http://www.ronpaulmoneybomb.com/).

To date, my wife and I have invested $4127.26, so we're almost maxed :D

Actually anything less than $1.00 costs more for the transaction cost than the amount donated. At least with a credit card.

I checked my records, and I've given $600 so far. I've been trying to decide how much I can afford for Nov 5, given that I'm unemployed and living off savings (by choice!), and given that I might want to support other efforts after Nov 5, and I was thinking and thinking and thinking...

...and I'm thinking that I've just been ignoring the obvious. I need to donate $1700 on Nov 5 and cap out, cause money sooner is better than money later, and the whole point of Nov 5 was to concentrate all firepower in one day, so that in addition to the money, we also get the publicity.

So, here's my declaration of $1700 on Nov 5.

PS-I see qwerty is acting as thread cheerleader, and I appreciate the effort, but your sig is so annoyingly large and obnoxious. Please don't reply to me, no one would be able to see my post between two of yours. :)

I'm donating 10 and my friend is doing the same. Then we are putting another 10 toward campaign materials. I haven't had a chance to invest any time in getting his name out there, other than some mentions to my family, so I feel that splitting the costs is the best way to go about things at this point.

I have high hopes for the event, hoping for at least 1 million.

No one should donate less than $100 unless they're capped out. Seriously this is the donation event of the quarter. If you can't come up with $100 for Paul then you're a Huckabee troll.
