If you highlight all the text (or it may just show as an image depending on your browser) in your signature (ctrl-a) and then click on the hyperlink icon and enter in http://www.chooseliberty.org/patriotact.aspx?pid=hfjt - it will send people who click the image to that link when they click.

Edit: Replace the symbols I used ({}) with brackets ([]). I cannot paste the code in brackets because the forum software assumes the code is intended for it to interpret.
