yes I know how to upload a pdf

specifically, you need a host and FTP access to that host.

you could also google "upload and share" and there are lots of places to do it after signing up. if you don't want to sign up, I will host the file for you.

I see you have a host with a website tho.

just drop the file in any directory and link to it by <your domain>/<your directory>/<yourfile>.pdf

I mostly use filezilla for ftp and or secure ftp.
