What I don't like about all this is that it pits the unions vs the taxpayer when in reality it should be all of us against the bankers.

Unions are using government to fleece tax payers. They are part of the problem. Banks do the same thing they are part of the problem. I make very little distinction between unions and corrupt bankers, they both are doing the same thing.
