Yes, he said they'd be taking a break "for 20 minutes or so" around 10:35 ET.

Really annoyed at how few of the sub-committee members bothered to show up. At least 3-4 of the AWOL members sent a staffer to take notes.

There are some great sound bytes in this that the average person could understand. Great YouTube fodder if cut up a bit.

For that matter, is anyone capturing this for YouTube? Again, C-SPAN didn't think this was important enough to cover :(

I noticed that too! Made me think of the opening day of the session and watching Boehner salivate over the gavel as Pelosi begrudgingly handed it over.
