Hi.
I am a coordinating producer for Nick news with Linda Ellerbee, a
kids' tv news program that airs on Nickelodeon.
For a show about the primary election, we are looking for kids
between the ages of 12-16 who are active in the democratic process.
Do you know of any kids between 12-16 who are Ron Paul supporters and
who will be attending the rally in Philly? If so, please let me know,
we would love to arrange to interview them for our show.

I'm hoping she gets back to me, my daughter is 12 and has been following my actions. She loves helping with the flyers I put together and is beginning to understand how our country works and is supposed to work.

I'm 44 guys/gals, I'm supporting RP for my kids and future generations, those are the people who are getting screwed the most. I'd be doing it for other reasons if I didn't have kids. Truthfully if I didn't have kids I'd be doing a lot more, but they need their father.

Encouraging, but I pose a question to people who fit that category--does your son or daughter grasp the liberty ideal behind Ron's support? Please note, I have kids too; I know they're smart, but I wouldn't want to see a kid who doesn't 'get it' represent the campaign.

My son understands. He did call Kara today and that was one of the first things he said, that our freedom is being taken away little by little amongst other things. I don't think he gets the tax thing obviously, but he also told her he is against the war, and he likes how he voted in favor of the people.
