Norah O'donnell interview today at 3:10 eastern on MSNBC.

Ron Paul the isolationist, he is an isolationist, got five million but he is an isolationist, remember. She is stupid.

but the fact remains that she will be interviewing RP at 3:10 eastern.

Nora O'Donnell is the talking head that constantly referred to Ron as an isolationist in the last piece she did on him. I have interacted with many journalists and I am confortable in saying it is most likely lazyness rather than malice... simply that someone told her that once and she can't get it out of her head.

Isolationist is the term that Neo-cons use to discredit Dr. Paul's foreign policy.

I was hearing the term used by them right after the first debate.

It is a point Dr. Paul needs to address when he has a national stage....

Nora is also the one who looked like someone strangled her puppy when she had to report that Dr. Paul raised 5 mil.

Remember everyone. Norah reads a prompter. It's the prompter content people who are the problem.

Oh man,,,,,, Ron talking to her? He may as well be talking to a lamp post. I love exposure and I know it will be good for the campaign, but if I were the one being interviewed, I'd be dreading it. LOL.

"Wait... This just in... " <fingers earpiece> "He's an isolationist... That's confirmed, yes," <squints> "he IS an isolationist..."

I never understood how the candidate that wants to talk to and trade with nations is the isolationist...

How the hell did she manage to stay in that job for so long. It is always so painful to watch her on any interview since it is obvious she does not have an independent thought in her head. Her handlers provider her the necessary DNC talking points like "isolationist" and that is all you are going to get.

Maybe we will get lucky this time if Nora did her homework.

OK interview IMO. Here' the Readers Digest version:

MSNBC: Wars in Iraq & Afghanistan will cost each and every American $8,000
RP: That's money we don't have
RP: Bring them home as soon as possible
MSNBC: you are an Internet sensation; Clarify my earlier statement of calling you an isolationist
RP: [Very good clarification given]
MSNBC: You poll @ 2%
RP: Polls don't reflect all the factors
MSNBC: If you don't win, will you pursue 3rd party or support the eventual nominee
RP: I have no plans and Not if they don't come around
MSNBC: Clarify "NeoCons"
RP: Those who want the war to continue
MSNBC: can you tell all your supporters not to flood my email box?
RP: No - I think you should enjoy reading them all

good interview. you know what I've noticed, when we send emails thanking people it backfires for some reason so respect her requests and don't email her now:
Tucker brings Paul on for a positive interview after CNBC debate- we thank him- he disses paul on maher
View lady compliments Paul - we send flowers- she disses Paul's stance on abortion, when the other issues are so much more important than this red herring
laura ingraham said nice things about paul - we bring her flowers at a book signing - she puts up a poll about which candidate should drop out and adds Paul but leaves out hunter huckabee and all the frontrunners

good call. If we flood their mailbox with thank you's, it gets annoying because it ties up their resources

no, it was a summary, pretty decent.

This is the way it was, Dr Paul was witty, and humorous in really good spirits, laid out the fact and the fiction really well, and showed real leadership in a quick but really informational interview. Maybe the best i have seen in this timespan!
