Ugh... idiots like these make it so much harder to be libertarian.

Edit: Not implying they're libertarian at all. But crap like this makes it easier for people to generalize everyone on the right as racist.

This doesn't make it harder to be libertarian. Libertarianism is neither left nor right (though its origins are closer tied to what is now called "the left" by today's standards).

Pamela Geller who organized this rally is no homophobe, she has won awards from gay groups for her work on gay issues. She might be a racist though looking at her views on other issues. She had apparently invited British neonazi groups in New York to support Israel and oppose sharia rule in America.

I really don't understand all this sharia phobia bubbling lately, Iraq is under sharia rule after secular Saddam overthrow and it's not too bad freedom wise.

I wonder where the AA Muslim groups are though...they seemingly aren't stepping up to the plate to say/do anything about this as far as I can tell. Still a big rift in the Nation of Islam vs. Islam I wonder?
