This needs to be done in every state, since the Republicans in CONgress couldn't be bothered. Hell, they voted YAY! on the FAA bill which allows the TSA goons to unionize.

New Legislation says “No!” to TSA in Texas (http://texas.tenthamendmentcenter.com/2011/03/new-legislation-says-no-to-tsa-in-texas/)

The first bill, HB 1938, prohibits full body scanning equipment in any Texas airport and provides for criminal and civil penalties on any airport operator who installs the equipment. The second bill, HB 1937, criminalizes touching without consent and searches without probable cause.

My father, like a sheep, passed through one of these scanners yesterday, even when I told him about the Health/Privacy issues.

“You can lead a horse sheep to water truth, but you can't make it drink think.”
Fixed.

TSA needs to go, maybe the GOP will figure out that opposing the TSA and getting rid of those scanners is a healthy populist position...god knows they need one.

if you ban TSA and scanners (that past head of National Security (chertof) is majority share holder in the technology), america could experience another "staged" attack in order to convince the sheep that since the scanners and searches were banned at airports terrorists took advantage of the security lapse............

An attack with explosives the scanners don't detect?
