From Judge's facebook:

"Crimes of War! Rumsfeld faces the music tonight! FreedomWatch 8 & 11PM ET on Fox Business & Sunday 9PM ET on Fox News"

????

Holy crap if that is true I hope the judge is respectful to him yet extremely critical about what he's done......

Wow. Judge did a Freedom Files segment a few weeks ago where he BLASTED the fact that Rumsfeld was receiving the Defender of the Constitution award. This will be interesting to see.

The Judge better destroy him!

Can he be legally waterboarded on a TV show if it is suspected that he committed war crimes and killed many innocent civilians?

Or there are better interrogation methods to find the facts, the knowns, the unknowns.

He was talking yesterday about Rumsfield and how he used fear to drive policy - I think that will be the focus of this interview

Is Rumsfield 5'5 in real life?.. must have shrinked a couple of inches in the last decade.

He defines the term: Evil Genuis

Judge needs to show his pair tonite.

I see it as a good thing. It means the Judge is reaching the neocons. If neocons watch the show, the Judge might change their minds on some issues.

Is this the first time Rumsfeld has been asked these questions?

I can't believe that he had never heard of the biological weapons sales.

Will he ask Rumsfeld if he's a lizard?

Remember the government has software to have fake profiles to comment to fake a consensus.

Exactly see my above post the gubberment has bots to create a false consensus of what they want on the internetz. We need to stop it hopefully we can get our own Liberty Bots out there.

If those are government bots....they're not getting their money's worth. I ran into a guy on Sodahead once that certainly could have been employed by the White House to defend the stimulus plans... he had some serious talking points. These people are just idiots.

Great interview. You could tell the Judge was being on his best behavior and conducted the interview very professionally, though I think he couldve thrown a few more hardball questions in there like explaining why we're involved in nation-building, why the issue of Iraq came up at a time when our top priority was to find Osama bin Laden and the other perpetrators of 9/11, whether he supports the motion to keep American troops in the Middle East indefinitely, and whether he believes we should engage Libya militarily after the lessons we've learned from Iraq.

When Rummy said he didn't want our freedoms infringed at all, I almost spit my beer. But you heard him right? He thinks all institutions, practices that infringe on our rights need regular review and debate. So we can expect him to speak out about the TSA and the porno scanners right? Maybe even dui/seatbelt checkpoints?

Yeah, it was a huge change in tone from the Rummy we knew during the Bush years. Its damage/image control.

Don't forget that Fox News is the Judge's boss....his freedom of speech is restricted there.

Decent interview, but they moved from issue to issue too quickly. I think Jon Stewart's 30+ minute interview was better, because Jon stuck to one question the entire time: Did you, along with the administration, selectively emphasize intelligence to build support for the war? Anytime Rumsfeld tried tried to answer the question one way, Jon would strike down the logic and Rumsfeld would have to try it from a different angle. Stewart even brought up PNAC at one point. By the end of the interview, it was obvious Rumsfeld was grasping for straws and he was just trying to hide the fact that they in fact "sold" the American people the war.

Apparently to Rumsfeld it says in the Constitution that the President alone has the authority to declare War -- and in the same breadth says he supports and upholds the Constitution. Mr. Rumsfeld what Constitution would this be, certainly not the American one, perhaps the Bush one then? Fiat Money, Fiat Government, kick em' all to the curb.

Apparently to Rumsfeld it says in the Constitution that the President alone has the authority to declare War -- .Yeah, I do wish the Judge had pressed that point.
