I tried reading the chart, but it seems like he's saying "internet libertarians" lack political opinions and love of diamond-shaped diagrams.

I am wondering how he stumbled upon the chart, though.

No, I am pretty sure he is saying that they have a lot of political opinions, and a lot of love of diamond-shaped diagrams.

Agreed, remember he did do a whole series about Ron Paul and the blimp in 2007/2008.

The Nolan chart is over rated. I prefer this chart --- (I don't know the name of the chart)

I think it sums things up more clearly.
