A great one is "Why We Fight (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0436971/)." Even features LRC author, Karen Kwiatkowski (http://www.lewrockwell.com/kwiatkowski/kwiatkowski-arch.html).

Synopsis: "Why We Fight" is an unflinching look at the military industrial complex and the rise of the American Empire. Inspired by Dwight Eisenhower's legendary farewell speech (in which he coined the phrase "military industrial complex"), the film surveys the scorched landscape of a half-century's military adventures, asking how -- and telling why -- a nation of, by, and for the people has become the savings-and-loan of a system whose survival depends on a state of constant war. The film moves beyond the headlines of various American military operations to the deeper questions of why -- why does America fight? What are the forces -- political, economic and ideological -- that drive us to fight against an ever-changing enemy?

You can actually see it here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VjcxNNR_uAQ). (Backup (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=9219858826421983682#)) Or embedded:

Once your friend is convinced that war is the health of the state, I think these next (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oQLCYR9iROs) two (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XP6sxyyG-xs) would get the ball rolling quite well. But you shouldn't start with those two. They're tougher pills to swallow. :)

The Power of Nightmares (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xGo1DqmfHjY) is a very informative film regarding the evolution of neoconservatism.
