lucky for you guys, the other method of keeping americans from leaving the country is to tax/fee them to death and make sure they never can afford to leave the country in the first place, most americans have already been in this situation for 20 yrs or so!! doing my best to save money in the next 3-10 yrs so i can leave forever!!

You can the US embassy if you are going to someplace unstable, say like Rwanda. That's just for evacuation purposes.
