If he calmly talks about things like this, and can go one show without blaming "progressives", he'd have a much bigger audience. Like in that segment. If he just stuck to food prices, inflation, dollar and the FED; I could send this to my independent, confused liberal friends who DON'T have their heads in the sand. But he always has to blame Socialists, Leftists and progressives. It divides the audience, but that's he's collective programing.

Agreed. And people should be freaking out. I'm sorry, but its true. I was in my father's car yesterday and we switched Hannity on for a laugh, and he was pretty much making fun of himself for being a complete idiot back in 2008. Now, I'm sure he would NEVER admit our foreign policy is wrong, but when you get punched in the face with truth for so long its hard to keep up the act.

2012 should be an interesting election. The writing is on the wall that we as a nation don't have much time left, people can be the problem or the solution.

Its funny, all these pet projects and arguing about left vs right won't matter when WE CAN"T PAY OF ANYTHING.

Everyone bashes glenn beck and a lot of time with good reasons but I'll take him over the others on tv. He has judge napolitano host his show whenever he is out, he talks about the dollar in relationship to the fed A LOT while no one else on tv is. He has said that Ron Paul is right about gold, called him the closest thing we have to a founding father. If he didn't act like such a fool all the time it would help, but all the same he has his good moments

Best part of that was the REAL rate of inflation according to shadowstats:

Fed's planned inflation growth (ignoring food and fuel) = 2.5%
Real rate of inflation = 9%
return on my savings account = less than 1%

Outside of getting really lucky with a stock, I don't know anything that will return 9%

Kind of like the unemployment rate according to the USG = 9% with cooked numbers, real rate = 20%
