Strict regulations are just a way to ration an insufficient organ supply. It sucks that the guy died, but if he had gotten the transplant, someone else on the waiting list would have likely taken his place.

This is not a case of evil, it's just a case of the unseen.

Bet they would have no problem using the liver of a pot smoker as a donor.
