State wants to clear the building so they can clean.

Protesters are refusing to leave till they are arrested. They are obviously expecting to be tear/CS gassed.

FOX is covering it.

hmm... I wonder what an arrest on their record would do to their ability to hold a teaching license.

If I was Governor I would just let them stay, and the cleaning crew can go home without pay until they leave. Just wait it out until the people living there are like "WTF are we doing?"

Not fair to the cleaning crew - esp since when they can clean they will have their work cut out for them. Looks like the teachers really trashed the place.

Maybe the cleaning crew and go and rob the protestor's homes blind instead of cleaning the building. just saying, if I was a crook I'd see this as an opportunity.

Just what Wisconsin needs - more public workers standing around doing nothing.

I bet a good portion of that crowd is praying that they WILL have force used on them.

I hope the governor lets them sit there. Suspend cleaning crews without pay for the time being. I think republicans can easily win this if they prevent any perceived violence from their side.

Fire them all

They are leaving quietly, slowly, dragging their feet.

I would send the cleaning crews to the schools to teach the children. They can't possibly be worse than the actual teachers.

Excellent approach - very good thinking. Don't give them ANYTHING - not even a response to this. When they get bored they will take their marbles and go home.

Leaving them alone is the best thing to do, without a doubt.

But...in a perfect world, nothing would give me more sheer, visceral satisfaction than personally turning the firehoses on these cretins.
