What's up? It says it only has 12,245 MEMBERS. I thought it had something like 500,000.

If they are going to make everyone sign up YET AGAIN it is not going to make people happy, and they lose people who aren't paying close attention, every time they do it.

I'm very pleased with the new design, although it looks like all of the content has yet to be implemented. For instance, I don't have access to my local or county coordinator tools.

OK, something very weird is going on, this is http://www.freedomactuallyisfree.com/

So what is happening to 'Campaign for Liberty' now that it has built up a brand name?

If I had to guess, I'd say that domain has been around for a while. They were likely using it to test the design.

EDIT: http://www.networksolutions.com/whois-search/freedomactuallyisfree.com — It's been around since October of 2009.

Well, yeah, they seem to be testing. For example, this blog:
Hi Im Lando Calrissian im the administrator of this facility.

UGH!

Looks like the maps need some work too.

Leave it to C4L to only do a partial release... after all this time

Looks good at least

Tried to log in but couldn't. But then, I tried to go to the article from the front page here on RPF and got a message that I couldn't. But I got here to this thread via the side bar.

The daily update looks nice, too. I'll go back and look for the transitional one. But the link is to campaignforliberty.com and my computer is not going there. Is this a transitional thing?

it's taking ages for me to load

this probably explains why the site was down all day

Edit: I was trying to load campaignforlibery.com, then realized its now .org

What happened to the .com?

I had to ask for a new password and give them my email, but it recognized the email address and greeted me by username in the email. The link back was through the freedomactuallyisfree link. So why does it only say 12K or so members?

Gee, if they did this 2 years ago when they said they were, I might have stayed a member...Meh...no I wouldn't have.

Wake up call - has anyone actually seen an announcement that there has been a launch of a new site? Maybe this actually isn't supposed to be released to the public yet?

IT's probably having teething issues or someone pushed it live when they weren't supposed to.

Otherwise it's not half bad, it doesnt look like shit anymore.

3 years of shit is an eternity for a supposed "grassroots techie revolution homepage". I've said it before, CUT OUT THE MIDDLE MEN. If you are a minarchist, donate your time and money directly to the candidates you support. If you are a voluntarist, donate your time and money to yourself.

Stating over 600,000 members now. I sent them a message in "Help" asking what gives with our passwords and how long till everything's up.

Say what you will about C4L, I appreciate a central place to have semi-official 'news' posted, and lots of other information in a presentable format. Now if the new website would just let me log in...

It looks very similar to the new design of Mises.org... just saying, must be the same webdesigner

Now it's time for Lew Rockwell to update his site like CFL and Mises. Liberty trifecta!

This also happened to me. Is there any way they can put up a notification or redirect on the .com address?

Well, let's see, it's been over 2 years already, right?

Maybe beta is its permanent state....

Reminds me of the government

I see they have the same slide show they had 2 months ago. And the same problem with the "Ask your doctor about Obamacare" cartoon - that being it goes to the next image before you can read it.
