Well, except that Herman Cain was a former chair of the federal reserve branch of Kansas City, Herman Cain supported the bank bailouts, and Herman Cain opposes an audit of the Federal Reserve.

Other than that, it is just peachy.

No. It is bad, bad, bad news. This is BAD NEWS FOR THE TEA PARTY!

A gathering of "Tea Party activists" just voted for a former FED chairman who opposes an audit and supported the bank bailouts. That is horrible news for the Tea Party!

Its not that horrible, how many people there knew about those things? That is what campaigning is for....

It's bad that they didn't know who they were voting for!

Every Tea Party voter should ask themselves this before they vote for someone: did this person support the bailouts?

It is certainly bad that people in the Tea Party have been taken for a ride by this guy but look at the bright side... We now get to give them an education.

This is not looking good. Cain is possibly the biggest neo-con on the list this election round. Why are traditional conservatives so easily won over to the big-government agenda!?!?!?!

Here is a pretty good Reuters story on it that averages the polls, apparently. http://www.reuters.com/article/2011/02/27/us-teaparty-idUSTRE71Q2SM20110227
